The past week has been really rough. Mercedez has had croup. At first I thought it was a cold cause that's what I've had. Jamie called the doctor after she wouldn't eat at all. We went to the doctor and he told us that she either has strep or croup. She got put onto Amoxicillin and he also gave her a steroid shot. She started feeling better for the next two days and then yesterday she would not eat anything, she had a fever, and she just wanted to sleep. We called the doctor again and the receptionist said she needs to come in. We took her in and she got another steroid shot and they did a blood sample too. They found a viral in her blood so she does have croup. She has been so crabby and not the same little girl. Hopefully by the end of the weekend she will be back to normal. On a happier note Jamie finally got a job at the Grand Lodge in Brian Head. Hopefully life will settle down a little bit. I am just being a mom who is trying not to do a lot since I'm already 22 weeks tomorrow!!! Well that's about it. We are just busy with a sick little one.
